• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for the hospitality development pipeline • Own consolidated reporting, giving leadership variance commentary and forward-looking insights • Coordinate financial inputs across projects and functions to maintain one reliable source of truth • Lead the Financial Management team and strengthen planning discipline and reporting consistency
